Here, the very best is made of the difficult corona situation: The dishes are now available to take away, either ready-made or partially vacuum-sealed, so that you can prepare and serve them at home in just a few simple steps. In the summer there was a great 'pop up' beer garden in the park, which hopefully will come back this year. The current insider tip is craft beer tasting for home, a great selection of craft berries with a corresponding three-course menu. Exactly the right thing to have a successful evening at home on these dreary days. All in all: great! Please keep it up!

The goose picked up was DELICIOUS.

I was there the other day for the first time and ordered a St. Martin's goose. She was delicious! So much so that I ordered one again this weekend, delicious too. Waiting in the small corona line led to nice conversations and the handover of the food was extremely friendly, everything was well packed. As a "mini Christmas market" we were given a small bag with roasted almonds - what a nice idea!

Typically, very rarely, if ever, write a recession. But here I just have to do it. Had the “Boeuf Bourguignon”. It was just fantastic! Plus super nice service. The whole thing was well organized in times of Corona! Very exemplary. It's nice that you can still experience such good service and delicious food even in times like this!

We can highly recommend the goose to go with side dishes during lock down times! Good Advent meal! And the baked apple compote: very tasty!

Very good restaurant, both the service and the food were wonderful

We were there today and were catered for in the beer garden with our own "lounge" and heating pillows and blankets in an excellent corona-conform manner! Very tasty food, very personable service and a family atmosphere! Highly recommended It's just a shame that we were the only guests! There was a lot of "food to go" audience, but you can also sit there warm and excellent and forget the gloomy Coronamist! People, go and enjoy the evening !!!!! And thanks to the great team! We enjoyed it!

Very nice ! A great meal!

Usually always delicious. But when I went out to eat with my family it was the worst restaurant visit (we) ever had. Due to Corona, the restaurant has put management on a meadow by the church. So far so good. However, it gets dark at 8 p.m. and no lights or fairy lights have been put up. Even the request to set up candles was only complained about. So we couldn't even see our food, without lying. In addition, we waited almost 2 hours for our food, which was then completely too salty. In addition, the waiter was cheeky and looked unkempt. Conclusion: a miserable visit to the Assenmacher restaurant!

The food was delicious, the prices are good and the service nice. You are currently sitting at tables in a park about 70m away. It can get a little chilly, but pillows / blankets are provided. The menu is bourgeois and yet unusual enough.

Best schnitzel of all time in a romantic atmosphere on the meadow next to the double church, it couldn't be better

Super delicious food and friendly staff. Even during Corona times, they found the perfect solution and made it possible to eat and enjoy in the nearby park. We love to come back again and again!

I ate a burger there. Delicious! Everyone else was very happy with everything! Sitting under the trees was great. Very nice atmosphere! I can only recommend it to everyone! Great!

The inn is actually very nicely decorated. Not a cheap decoration, but there was a lot of color coordinated very harmoniously. I have not been so impressed by a restaurant for a long time. The service is always very striving and always gallant! Mother and I were there together and each of us has something other orders I can say on my part, I tasted a bit of everything and it was all good.

We used the takeaway offer with friends and are convinced of the quality and taste of the dishes. Interesting and varied weekly tickets that follow a well thought-out concept. We obviously couldn't rate the service.

The restaurant is good and the service great, but I have to complain about the vegetarian selection. It is currently very low and then only in my opinion very "interesting" dishes. As a vegetarian (and I know that it's not just me), simple vegetarian dishes are much better than very interesting stuff (even if the cook might like to try it out). I would be very happy and would rather come to you if there are 1-2 more vegetarian dishes on the menu, for example you could get the schnitzel as a veggie schnitzel or there were noodles with a delicious sauce, it doesn't always have to be everywhere Meat in ...

We were there today and were welcomed and served. In the beer garden you sit comfortably. The quality of the products is great and the corresponding preparation in the kitchen is a poem. Whether asparagus, pickled salmon, Schnitzel or chop ... a dream. We will definitely come back! Simply great and damn tasty!

Very good and imaginative cuisine ... the service could be a bit more attentive and the rooms or terrace a bit more well-kept ... Update (October 2018): The service has now been strengthened personnel and is now quite "fast" on the road ;-) the rooms / terrace seemed a bit tidier (still a bit lovingly-chaotic, but that's okay). Update (April 2019): Now is the food great, the service was great, the terrace was renovated ... well ... the disadvantage is now: Without reservation you hardly get space! :-D super! Keep it up!

I ate here in April 2015. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere & service was amazing. It was a great experience! IT IS CASH ONLY!!! Bring your Euros! ?

Great food - home cooking at a high level - bring some time and pay in cash but well worth it
